You understand and accept that: (1) virtual consultations have limitations compared with in-person care; (2) the clinician may be unable to perform a full physical examination; (3) diagnosis and treatment may depend partly on the accuracy and completeness of the information you provide; (4) technical limitations may affect clinical judgment; (5) some conditions cannot be safely assessed online; (6) you may be referred to another clinician or emergency service where necessary; (7) telehealth may involve privacy and cybersecurity risks despite reasonable safeguards; and (8) no outcome, diagnosis, or result can be guaranteed.
5. Eligibility

They are not a substitute for emergency care or necessary in-person medical treatment. 9. No Doctor-Patient Relationship Until Accepted

We reserve the right not to accept a case.
10. User Responsibilities
You agree to: provide accurate, truthful, complete, and up-to-date information; upload genuine records and not impersonate another person; disclose your symptoms, medications, allergies, diagnoses, prior procedures, and relevant medical history; inform the clinician if your condition worsens; use the platform lawfully and respectfully; and comply with follow-up instructions, referrals, prescriptions, investigations, and safety advice. You must not misuse the platform for fraud or harassment, or seek controlled substances, false certificates, unlawful prescriptions, or inappropriate medical documentation.
11. Prescription Policy
Prescriptions and other clinical documents may be issued only when clinically justified, legally permitted, and within the clinician's professional judgment. We do not guarantee that any medication will be prescribed, renewed, or available. A clinician may refuse to prescribe where an in-person examination is required, the request is clinically unsafe, the medication is restricted or controlled, monitoring is needed, or identity cannot be verified.
12. Fees, Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Consultation fees shall be as listed on the platform or communicated before confirmation. By booking a consultation, you authorize the applicable charge. Fees may be non-refundable where a booking slot has been reserved, the clinician has reviewed records, the consultation has commenced, the user fails to attend, or the user is late beyond the permitted grace period. A refund or rescheduling may be offered at our discretion or as required by applicable law.
13. Privacy and Data Protection
We respect your privacy and process personal data in accordance with applicable law. We may collect identity data, contact data, health information and medical records, payment data, device information, consultation notes, and uploaded files. Your information may be used for identity verification, booking and delivering consultations, medical assessment and treatment, referrals, care coordination, quality assurance, legal and regulatory compliance, and fraud prevention. We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards. However, no internet-based system is completely secure.
14. Confidentiality and Consultation Recording
